week 18

In begging of this week I complete my part in Store your information project. My part is part 2 ( MYSQL).
First of all, I will summarize what I had finishes in all project. First I download (Bullzip program MS Access with MYSQL) from the website. Then I begin searching how to transfer the data from Microsoft Access to MySQL. In addition, it was a difficult part that I face many problems in it. Because the language of MYSQL is very difficult. For example, MYSQl not deal with some simple which is [ ] but it deal with ' ‘these simple. finally, some time I was need my friends help.

Today I read article about Migrating from MS Access to MYSQL. From last week I stopped work in MYSQL because I have networking project. But from today I will counties working in MYSQL and I will finish it before the deadline.

I stop from few days working in MYSQL because I have another big project which is NETWORKING. But in this weekend I will continue to learn more about it.

Q&A session reg. networking project

Today we were have a question and answering session. We are met with MR. Bejoy Gangadharan. He answers many of student questions and he also explains how the Internet works in the college. As well, he gave us a brief summary about each topic.

G 207 & G 208

Today our class joins G 207 class. Mr. Tridib explain to us the new project. Moreover, we divide the class to 6 groups because we have 6 topics. Finally, our topic is firewall.

I feel better

In today class I feel little bit better because we set all MYSQL group together to download ODBC and we learn in this class more. Moreover, we ask Mr. Tridib some questions and he answered us.

Important class

In today class I learned many things. Mr. Tridib explains each part and what should they do. Moreover, they gave as more details about each part.

Today Mr. tridib give us a good web site http://localhost/xampp/ that helps us too much in the store your information project. He explain many improtant point in the MYSQL.

Today me and my colleagues in the class set with Mr. Tridib. He asks as us about what we do in the MYSQL. He told us we must set around one hour a day to learn the program. After this meeting, I felt a little comfortable. Also he gave as a good website to learn more.

searching

I search more about MYSQL. It is a difficult and Complex program. I search in Arabic and English to be more familiar with the subject. Until Know I now didn't know exactly what the program is. From my searching I learn that the MYSQL like the access but it have different codes.

Group

This week I set with my group. every members in the group told us what her group about. So, we learn this week more.

I download XAMPP program. I search through the internet to know more about this program. And I found that the MySQL is a relational database management system (RDBMS) which has more than 11 million installations. The program runs as a server providing multi-user access to a number of databases
